Freeze Ray IPA is our take on the Cold IPA. We start with a golden lager grain bill with a just a pinch of flaked rice to help lighten the body. We assertively hop this beer with Centennial, Comet, and Chinook hops. Lager yeast and cool temperatures deliver a crisp and dry bodied beer with the perfume and charm of an explosively hoppy IPA. 6.7%
